Pumpkin cookies

Ingrediants

• 275g self raising flour
• 100g icing sugar
• 100g butter
• 100g caster sugar
• cake decorations
• orange food colouring
• 1 egg

Method

1. pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
2. put the butter and sugar into a bowl (butter first) and mix with a wooden or metal spoon
3. add the egg and whisk 
4. add flour to the bowl and orange food colouring until the mixture is orange
5. kneed the dough but not too much
6. roll it out with a rolling pin :)
7. cut the dough into pumpkin shapes but make sure there is an equal amount
8. put the decorations in the centre of one of the dough shapes, and put another one on top to make a sandwich, and put on a baking tray
9. put in the oven for 15-20 minutes
10. when baked, ice and decorate however you wish
11. enjoy!
