Treats & Snacks
One thing that I am definitely guilty for within a diet is snacks and treats. It is never a bad thing to eat a treat once in a while, but you need to have an idea of how often and what counts as a treat or something to be ashamed of! There's no point in burning 200 calories in a workout and rewarding yourself with a 300 calorie chocolate bar. Today I'm going to give you a lost of chocolate bars that work best for rewards within your diet:
10. Yorkie
Although they are one of my favourites, Yorkie's should definitely be avoided at all costs with a whopping 367 calories and 21.5 grams of fat!
9. Snickers
Do not think that by eating a chocolate bar with nuts it is going to be a benefit to your diet! Thats just like smothering an apple with chocolate and caramel!! A snicker's bar carries 296 calories and 16.5 g of fat
8. Bounty
Coconut is disgusting anyway, but whoever is crazy enough to enjoy a bounty, please note that they are the last to be eaten in a celebrations box for a reason! They carry 270 calories and has 13g of fat! shudder...
7. Toffie Crisp
Toffie crisps are certainly a very moorish bar, however have 245 calories within them and 13.4 g of fat
6. Dairy Milk
205 calories may not seem a lot, but can be difficult to burn off, especially as you're taking in lots of other calories a day! Dairy milk has 11.7 g of fat, but sharing it is great for skimming the calories
5. Crunchie
Definitely a better option to snack on than the others with only 185 calories, however this is only 20 calories less than Dairy Milk, therefore not as much as a benefit as you think...this has 7.6 g of fat
4. Flake
This one is definitely healthier calorie-wise, with 161 calories, however has 9.2 g of fat! eughh!
3. Smarties
These are also one of my favourites as they are so colourful and cute. who else gets the pink ones at christmas? These only have 6.8 g of fat, and 178 calories. These are good for on-the-go snacks
2. Milky Bar
Isn't it funny that the inspiration that I got to make this page is when I was eating a Milky Bar and thought, "is this good for me?" Milky Bar's are one of the best chocolate bars for you, with only 137 calories and 7.8 g of fat
1. Milky Way
And here we are! Milky way is the Number 1 chocolate bar to reward yourself with only 3.5 g of fat and only 98 calories!!
